I very much appreciate that I got a phone call when the correct color daisies were not in. She offered to substitute them and that would have been so disappointing if she just did it. I was called from the flower shop very shortly after I placed the order. I was told they didn't have the exact flowers for what I ordered. I was given several choices of colors. I told them to just makes something pretty. They did. I am very pleased.

Although I never saw the arrangement, The comments of gratitude from one of the family members regarding the absolute beauty of the arrangement brought me to tears. Very disappointed. My mother in law had to call and have another one made and delivered as the original one had pink carnations and was not Christmas. This was extremely concerning as I ordered a Christmas centerpiece not something with pink carnations.

I am very sorry for your disappointment with your order. I would like to tell you that the carnations were not pink. They were white with red on them. We call them peppermint. For some reason she thought they were pink?? We would not and did not put pink carns in a Christmas arrangement. When she called, we went right up and exchanged her arrangement for one with red carns instead. I wish you would have called and spoke with us before leaving a bad review. We do our best everyday to make sure everyone is happy. Sorry and i hope you give us another chance in the future.

Somewhat disappointed with a 4.99 service fee additional to the 10.95 delivery. Delivery was a few blocks away and you did not have the flowers as represented on the web site. Meadville florist delivers for 5.00.

Ed, I'm so sorry you were disappointed! I would like to tell you, when you order online, my website co. has a fee for placing your order online. The $10.95 del fee is standard to cover if the delivery is in town or 15 miles away. I adjust it to reflect the correct fee, then add the remaining amount into the flowers. Also, I can't carry every flower in every color that's on my website. We only needed to change the color of 2 flowers. We had the correct flower, just in a different color. Please, next time call me direct and I will handle your order personally. Again, sorry!
